EasyTCGs aggregates publicly available content (news, videos, streams, community posts) related to trading card games into a personalized dashboard and email digest. It is provided as-is, without warranty.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Creating an account (via the digest signup) is free. You choose your digest frequency and can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, in compliance with CAN-SPAM. Keep your account credentials confidential — you're responsible for activity under your account.
Don't: scrape or bulk-extract site content by automated means outside of any API we publish; interfere with or overload the service; attempt to bypass access controls; impersonate another person; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
The curation, organization, original writing, and design of EasyTCGs itself — the dashboard layout, our summaries, and our roadmap/about copy — belong to us. The underlying game content we aggregate (card data, news, videos, community posts) belongs to its original creators and publishers, as described below.
EasyTCGs is an independent, unofficial fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, Pokémon, Konami, Bandai, or any other publisher whose games are referenced on this site. All card names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use those names and logos only to identify and refer to the games and publishers we report on, in the smallest way needed to do so, and never in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement — nominative fair use, not a license.
Card data and images are sourced from Scryfall and displayed directly from Scryfall's own servers, not copied onto ours. News, video, and community content are pulled from official publisher feeds, YouTube, Twitch, and Reddit — we link to and embed that content for commentary, reporting, and aggregation purposes, and it remains the property of its original creators/publishers. Where we display excerpts or thumbnails rather than full works, we rely on fair use (17 U.S.C. § 107): the purpose is transformative aggregation and news reporting, not a substitute for the original, and we link back to the source.
If you believe content on EasyTCGs infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with: (1) your signature (physical or electronic), (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) the material you claim is infringing and its location on our site, (4) your contact information, (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act.

We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of aggregated content (including card prices, spoilers, or tournament/meta data) — verify anything you rely on for a purchase or competitive decision against the original source.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyTCGs and its operators won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold EasyTCGs harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, or discontinue the service, at our discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last revised" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. These terms, plus our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and EasyTCGs regarding the service.
