Creating an account, building a Hub, choosing sources, and receiving the email digest are all free. There is no paid tier, no subscription, and no trial that converts into a charge. We do not ask for a card to use the site, and there is no checkout on easytcgs.com.
There are exactly two ways money is involved, and both are covered below: voluntary support, and affiliate links.
If you choose to, you can support the site through our Ko-fi page. This is entirely optional. It buys nothing — no feature, no tier, no removal of anything, no priority of any kind. Everyone sees the same site whether they contribute or not.
Those payments are processed by Ko-fi and its payment providers, not by us. Your card details are entered on Ko-fi's systems and are never sent to, seen by, or stored by EasyTCGs. Ko-fi's own terms and privacy policy govern the transaction itself.
Because contributions are voluntary gifts rather than payment for goods or services, they are non-refundable as a general rule. That said, we would rather you not be out money you didn't mean to spend: if you contributed by mistake, were charged twice, or someone used your account or card without permission, email us within 30 days and we will refund it in good faith, no explanation required.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Ko-fi, so the timing depends on Ko-fi and your bank — typically a few business days, sometimes up to a full billing cycle. Requests after 30 days are considered case by case; we are not obliged to grant them, but we will read every one.
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us before filing a chargeback. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of the original amount and takes months to resolve, whereas an email is usually settled the same week.
Some links on this site — deck builders, card marketplaces — are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you (see Terms §9). When you buy through one of those links, your purchase contract is with that retailer, not with EasyTCGs. We never take your payment, never hold your order, and cannot refund, exchange, cancel, or track it.
For anything to do with such an order, contact the retailer directly and follow their returns policy. If a retailer refuses to help and you believe the link on our site was wrong or misleading, tell us and we will fix the link — but we still can't process the refund.
If EasyTCGs introduces a paid feature in future, this page will be updated with its refund terms before any charge is taken, and the change will be handled under Terms §16. We will not convert a free account into a paying one, and nothing you have today will be moved behind a payment without notice.
